The people of Shawano welcomed us and our business ideas with open arms. They gave us support, feedback, and most of all, excitement. Excitement for what our establishment could be for this community. Shawano was there for us when we began our journey and continues to be an advocate. Now, it’s time for us to give back.

Non-Profit Pricing

  • Orchestra Pit and Mezzanine

    Private use of the Orchestra Pit and Mezzanine - $0 with lunch or dinner reservations Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday any time of the day. Friday and Saturday is a $500 food and beverage minimum. If private use is not needed then $0 with lunch or dinner reservations on any day of the week.

  • Ballroom

    Ballroom- $100 cleaning and usage fee + $50 service charge per event staff member needed to staff the event on a non-prime date. A non-prime date would be any day/night in January or February or any Sunday - Friday in January - August. Excludes the months of September - December when market prices will be applied.

  • Brewery Buy-Out

    Brewery Buy-Out - $5000 rental fee + $5000 Food and Beverage minimum. Rental is for 6 hours on any day or night of the week any time of the year(*please note this is not special pricing and is what is charged no matter the event or group hosting the event)

*Approval needed prior to the event by venue manager. Community or special events will be taken into consideration when approving the non-profit event.
